Pay only for what you use. A tiny fee per receipt, no subscriptions, no hardware.
Loyverse is the one point-of-sale you can connect to Waraqa without speaking to anyone. The integration is listed on the Loyverse marketplace, and stores in Egypt, Rwanda, Lebanon, the UAE and Palestine have set themselves up through it with no help from our team. Here is exactly what connects, what changes at your counter, and what it costs.
Turn every receipt into repeat business, without any new hardware or paper.
A small fee per receipt that depends on your country. You pay only for what you use, with no subscriptions and no hardware.
New stores get $5 in free credit to start, so you can try Waraqa with nothing to commit to.
Start now with $5 in free creditWaraqa runs a module built against Loyverse's own API. When your POS closes a sale, Loyverse sends Waraqa the receipt and the customer attached to it: item names, quantities, prices, discounts, tax, service fee and total.
The customer's phone number is the identifier that ties it all together. If a sale is completed with no customer attached, Waraqa ignores it — nothing is sent, and nothing is billed for it.
Returns, refunds and exchanges arrive as their own separate event, so the original receipt updates instead of going stale. That is something receipt-printer interception cannot do, because a printed slip has already left the building.
Setup is self-serve from end to end and takes minutes rather than days.
This is the one step stores get wrong. Waraqa runs the loyalty program for your store, so leaving Loyverse's built-in program switched on means two systems awarding points against the same purchases. Your customers see two different balances and trust neither.
Disable it in Loyverse first, then go live on Waraqa.
Almost nothing, which is the point. Your cashier assigns the customer to the sale in the Loyverse POS app before completing the transaction, exactly as they would to record any customer. The receipt and the points go out on their own.
The customer's phone number has to be saved in Loyverse for delivery to work. The same screen shows their current points balance, so a cashier can redeem points at the moment of purchase without opening anything else.
No app download is required. The first receipt arrives as a WhatsApp message carrying your store logo, your store name, the points earned, the receipt total, and a link to the Waraqa app.
If the customer does install the app and registers with the same number, delivery switches to push notifications and the WhatsApp messages stop. That switch also lowers what you pay per receipt, because push costs a fraction of a WhatsApp message.
Points are specific to your store — no shared pool with anyone else, and no other merchant can spend what a customer earned with you. Points are worth 100 to 1 unit of your local currency.
You choose how they are earned and how customers move up:
Every receipt that goes out adds to your merchant dashboard: the full receipt list, your customer list, and charts for daily receipts, daily active users, customers by gender and age, and new customers this month.
You can send campaigns to your own customers — never to anyone who has not bought from you. In-app notification campaigns are self-serve from the dashboard. WhatsApp campaigns run through our team, because the cost and reach of that channel are worth a second pair of eyes.
A small fee per receipt, set by your country. Pick yours in the calculator above to see the exact rate. There is no subscription, no hardware to buy, no contract, and no minimum term.
You are only ever billed for receipts that actually went to a customer. Sales completed without a customer attached never reach Waraqa, so they never cost anything.
